We teach teams and individuals the skills that shape how they communicate, build trust and handle challenges. Through workshops, group sessions, coaching, and more, we create people-first learning designed to drive real behavioural change.
why this matters
People can be great at their jobs and still be unprepared for the human side of work. They can know their role inside and out, but struggle to give difficult feedback, navigate disagreement, build trust, lead others, or make decisions when there is no clear answer.
These are known as human skills. They shape how we communicate, work with others, make decisions, and lead.
Most of us know them as “soft skills,” but at R², we call them human skills because they’re behaviours we all have the capacity to develop and strengthen. With practice, they can be strengthened and mastered.
The problem is that we rarely take the time to strengthen our human skills. Technical skills come with training, frameworks, and clear paths for development. Human skills are often treated as something people are simply expected to figure out alone.
And as AI and technology continue to change what work looks like, the ability to exercise judgment, navigate complexity, and communicate effectively becomes even more critical.
That’s where R² comes in. We don’t teach people what to say or give them a script to follow. We help people understand how they work, how they affect others, and how to work with greater intention.
