R² is a human skills studio dedicated to helping people get better at working with people
We help teams and individuals develop the skills they’re expected to have in the workplace but were never formally taught. We focus on the skills that shape how teams communicate, build trust, take accountability, stay curious, navigate challenges, and say what needs to be said, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Through workshops, group programs, audits, and one-on-one coaching, we turn these skills into everyday practice. Our learning is people-first, fun, and designed for real behavioural change.
our approach
At R², we are not here to teach people what to say. We help people understand how they work, how they affect others, and how to work with greater intention.
We start with the person, not the role.
Everyone sees the world differently. We help people understand how that shapes the way they communicate and work with others.
We focus on why before what.
Before teaching a skill, we make sure people understand why it matters and where it applies.
We build for authentic communication.
We don't hand out a script. Each person learns to apply the skill in a way that feels authentic and natural to them.
We make learning fun.
The work is serious, but the room doesn't have to be. We bring humour and curiosity into every session because learning should be fun.
Diagnose
We start with a FREE alignment call to identify the communication or human skill problem you are experiencing and understand why it's costing you time or trust.
our process
1
Deliver
We deliver a clear, targeted program where you or your team practice real reflection and real collaboration. Each lesson builds on the last so the skill sticks.
2
Follow Up
Human skills take repeated practice, not just one session. We come back a few weeks later to check progress and identify what still needs work. Our goal will always be real behavioural change.
3
Human skills are often treated as leadership skills, but they should not be reserved only for leaders. Everyone influences how a team communicates, collaborates, and handles challenges. These skills matter long before someone manages a team, and they continue to matter as their role and responsibilities change.
